Shipping Policy


Local Deliveries (Within Kuwait):

Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days, excluding the following areas, which may incur an additional delivery fee of 5 KD:

AlAhmadi, AlShuaiba Port, Abdullah Port, Al-Dubaiya, Julaia’a, Bneidar, Al-Zoor, AlKhiran, AlNowaisib, AlWafra, and Kabbad.

Deliveries to Sabah AlAhmed are available only on Sundays and Thursdays at the standard delivery rate listed on our website.

Orders requested for delivery on other days may be subject to an additional charge of 5 KD.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
  • Deliveries are available from Sunday to Thursday.
  • During peak periods, delivery may take up to 3 business days.

International Deliveries:

GCC Countries: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Other International Destinations: Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
